If you are not a Sony Rewards member, as described above, register to become one by accessing the Web Site and then click on the Sign Up Now text link to access the Sony Rewards registration form. You must complete the following information on the registration form: First Name; Last Name; Address; City; State; Zip Code; E-mail Address; Gender; Date of Birth; and your choice of Username and Password (collectively, “Registration Information”). Once your registration has been completed you will then click on the Sony Rewards home page to access the Sweepstakes. There is no fee to register. All Registration Information must be completed in full. Each participant can only have one (1) Sony Rewards registration. Participants can only participate in the Sweepstakes under one (1) Username. Once a Username has been registered by a participant, that Username cannot be used by any other person for the Sweepstakes (or to register at Web Site). Only the participant registered under a particular Username may participate in the Sweepstakes. Once registered with Sony Rewards, follow the above instructions to enter this Sweepstakes.

To enter without using your Sony Rewards points, legibly handprint your First Name, Last Name, Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip, Phone Number (including area code), Email Address, Date of Birth, and your Sony Rewards Username on a standard sized postcard (no larger than 5” x 7”), enclosed in a postage-paid business size envelope (#10), and mail it to:
